Located in the iconic Copan building in downtown São Paulo, this modern bookstore that opened in 2020 is worth a visit. The place was born with "the proposal to expand the idea of a bookstore as a space for reflection, curation, and content creation," as described on the store's website. Biblioteca Mário de Andrade

Founded at Rua Sete de Abril in 1925, this was the first public library in São Paulo and, since 1942 at Rua da Consolação, it has become one of Brazil's most important research libraries. Its collection includes books, periodicals, and maps, among other historical materials. Among them are more than 50,000 items from the Circulating Collection that can be consulted on-site or borrowed. It's only 350 metres away from Espaço Priceless!

Museu Catavento

Dedicated to promoting science, this is a great attraction for children. The interactive exhibit is divided into four major areas: Universe, Life, Engineering, and Society. In them, you learn about topics ranging from astronomy, chemistry, and environmental preservation to dinosaurs, sea creatures, and bees. Pinacoteca do Estado

A 20-minute walk from the Priceless Space is the Pinacoteca, São Paulo's oldest visual arts museum, founded in 1905. Its collection of approximately 11,000 pieces features works from renowned artists like Tarsila do Amaral, Anita Malfatti, Lygia Clark, Candido Portinari, and Almeida Júnior. Stroll in the tranquil and picturesque Jardim da Luz Park next to the Pinacoteca's entrance. Mosteiro de São Bento

The monastery, founded in 1598, can be visited during traditional masses with the Gregorian chant on Sundays at 10 a.m. It's also possible to visit at other times to see the church's architectural details, including the plaque on the floor of the central nave indicating that the remains of the Bandeirante Fernão Dias Pais and his wife, Maria Garcia, are buried there, along with the German organ that has more than 6,000 pipes. Before leaving, stop by the bakery and take home some bread prepared by the monks.

Catedral da Sé

With religious and historical importance, the neo-Gothic style cathedral is 111 metres long and 46 metres wide. Schedule a monitored visit to discover the place's curiosities with a tour of the crypt, where there are 30 burial chambers, including the regent Feijó and the chief Tibiriça. In front of the cathedral, at Praça da Sé, you can see the Marco Zero, a prism-shaped monument that indicates São Paulo's geographical centre.
